"Highly recommended. Chet was thorough, candid, and more than happy to field a ton of questions. Really enthusiastic. Very knowledgeable, explained why some repairs were more urgent than others, and even had suggestions for maintenance once we move in."

Sewer Main Inspections

Inspect the Sewer Main
  • Perhaps one of the most unseen yet expensive parts of the home is the main sewer line. Knowing what shape the main is in before you buy or sell is very important.
  • The line will  be scoped from the house to the street.
  • We check for broken or cracked pipes, low spots, tree roots, etc.
  • The client is provided with a DVD recording of the scoping, along with a comprehensive report of the line's composition, depths, actions suggested (if needed) and approximate costs shoud repairs be warranted.
  • This test is performed through the sewer clean-outs, toilets will not be pulled to provide an access.
Check out this short video to watch a scoping.

radon testing

Test your home for radon
  • It’s easy and inexpensive.
  • Establishing whether your home is within the recommended EPA levels of 4 picocuries per liter (pCi/L) or lower is important to buyers and sellers. Remediation could be expensive if needed.
  • Our equipment does not require an lab review
    • Get your results in 2 days instead of 2 weeks
  • Radon testing takes place in the basement and requires that the windows and doors remain closed (as much as possible.) A second trip is necessary to collect the testing equipment after 48 hours.
  • Standalone Radon inspections are available.
